MV9315 performs ISP (Image Signal Processor) functionality supporting sensors up to 3 mega pixels. MV9315 is applied to cellular phones or smart-phones with built-in Camera Control Processor or Application Processor. MV9315 significantly increases image quality by performing the ISP function for high resolution sensors without ISP.
Functions such as LSC (Lens Shading Compensation), Dead Pixel Alive, 5x5 adaptive interpolation, CTD (Color Temperature Detection), and FCS (False Color Suppression) significantly improve the quality of digital images, creating flawless vivid photographs. The MV9315 can port various sensor algorithms to the embedded MCU to support AE (Auto Exposure) and AWB (Auto White Balance).
